in zähringen, a district of freiburg, in the course of redensification / recompaction, a party of non-corporate builder-owners established an apartment building as a passive house. the groundplan follows the idea of opening on one side but still keeping up the privacy on the other side: into being came an interesting structure, whose balconies and terraces aren't visible from the other apartments.
