hotel victoria was modernised from scratch: the rooftop garden is bedecked with an innovatively designed "solar crown" including a photovoltaics facility and four wind wheels the facade was entirely redesigned and completely equipped with components from passive house use. the city of freiburg assigned an environmental award to the energetically reconstructed hotel victoria.
